What report status means

Status updates are useful because AI detection, plagiarism checking and grammar review may take time depending on file size, document structure and system activity.
Queued status explained
Queued usually means the document has been received and is waiting for processing to begin. This does not always mean there is a problem. The document may simply be waiting behind other tasks. Users should avoid uploading the same file repeatedly while it is queued.
Processing status explained
Processing means WordBinary is actively working on the document. Depending on the selected check, this may involve extracting text, analysing AI signals, checking similarity or reviewing grammar. Larger or more complex files may remain in processing for longer.
Completed status explained
Completed means the report should be ready to view or download, depending on the tool and account workflow. If the status is completed but you cannot access the report, check your account, refresh the page or review the download troubleshooting guide.
What to do if a report is delayed
If a report remains queued or processing longer than expected, avoid repeated uploads first. Check your internet connection, refresh after some time and confirm whether the file was unusually large or complex. If the delay continues, contact WordBinary support.
